Register for the ACE 2020 On-Demand Program by Friday, November 20, at 4:00 pm Central time. Registration order forms will only be accepted by fax (fax number: 651-731-0410). Registration order forms received after the deadline will NOT be processed.

Registration Information for ACE (November 7, 14, 15, 2020)

IMPORTANT! Read the registration instructions below before registering.

This page is an overview of all courses (Virtual Broadcast and Virtual On-Demand). To register for any of the courses listed below, take note of their course code. You will use these course codes in step three, Registration Form, to add on-demand courses into your cart.

Useful Registration Tips:

  • Notice– you must select all of your On-Demand courses during online registration to avoid paying an additional charge! If you have chosen a 3-Day Broadcast Program, the Broadcast courses will be automatically selected for you.
  • Course Selection– click the triangle  in grey bars below to expand each day, and then click “Add”  for each desired course.
  • View/Edit– by selecting “Only display program items in registrant’s itinerary” you can view/edit your current course selections.
  • Finalization– to finalize your registration, check the "I Confirm All My Course Selections" box, and then click "Proceed to Checkout" . After checking out, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • Pricing All prices listed in U.S. dollars (USD)

Registrations/Cancellations must be received on or before the following dates:

  • Cancellations/Refunds of Virtual Broadcast (No Refunds for On-Demand): October 15
  • Transfers of Virtual Broadcast: November 2
  • Changes: November 5
  • Final Day to Register: November 5

24-Hour Notice:

Our system will delete your registration progress, if you have not checked out within 24 hours after starting.

Group Registration:

When three or more people from the same office register for the Virtual Broadcast 3-Day Program, the first two registrants pay full price and additional registrant(s) receive a $25.00 discount. The names of the two registrants paying full price must be provided. Group discounts must be requested when completing the registration form—no retroactive discounts will be granted. Group discounts apply to the Virtual Broadcast 3-Day Program only.

Military and Veterans Registration:

A special discounted registration fee is offered for Military Personnel and Veterans from the US and Canada. The special discounted registration fee includes the Virtual Broadcast 3-Day Program. No other course combinations will be accepted. All other IJCAHPO policies apply. Military and Veterans Virtual Broadcast 3-Day Program registration is available until November 5. However, we are unable to process Military/Veteran discounts online. Registrants must fax (to 651-731-0410) or mail (to IJCAHPO, 2025 Woodlane Drive, St. Paul, MN 55125-2998) their registration forms to receive these discounts. The $50 processing fee will be waived. Certification Exam Prep Courses:

If you would like to register for a Certification Exam Prep Course only, please contact our office at 651-731-2944 for assistance.

To Prevent Incorrect Charges:

If you are registering on behalf of a certified technician, they will already be in our system; please contact IJCAHPO before creating a new account. If you are registering as a group and do not see an account for a technician who should be in our system, please contact IJCAHPO before creating a new account. To avoid potential complications, for groups of 7 or more attendees, please contact our administrative department at 651-731-2944 (ext. 363) prior to registering so that a staff member can provide detailed instructions.

Photography Release

By registering for the IJCAHPO Annual Continuing Education Program, and participating in the interactive sessions, attendees agree to allow their names, likenesses and images (photographic) to be used by IJCAHPO for educational and promotion purposes.


Falsification or misrepresentation of credentials, employment, personal information and/or military service may results in the loss of CE credits or certification.
