Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be received in writing. If registration is cancelled by October 20, 2017, the amount will be refunded less $100.00.
• If you become certified prior to the program and initially paid the non-certified registration fee, you may request an appropriate refund by October 20, 2017. No refunds will be offered for changes after October 20, 2017.
• ATPO and CLSA memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Registration Changes

Changes to your initial registration may be made online through October 20, 2017, and on-site in New Orleans. You may add or delete LECTURES by logging into your account at www.jcahpo.org

Changes involving a financial transaction must be received in writing at the JCAHPO office by October 20, 2017, or handled by a JCAHPO staff member in New Orleans. Email change requests to [email protected] or FAX to 651-731-0410.

• Transfer of courses from one registrant to another is not permissible.
• No refunds resulting from a registration change will be issued after the October 20, 2017, cancellation deadline.

Registration Confirmations

Online registrants will receive an automated email confirmation at their preferred email address. Registrations that are mailed or faxed will be mailed a confirmation to the home address listed on the registration form. If no home address is listed, the work address will apply. Carefully review the confirmation when you receive it. If a course was sold out at the time you registered, it will NOT appear on your confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation by October 31, 2017, call JCAHPO at 800-284-3937 or email [email protected].

Group Discounts Available

Group discounts apply to the JCAHPO Full Package Only. When two or more people from the same office register for the Full Package, only one person pays the regular fee, the additional registrants receive a $25 discount for each additional Full Package registration. The name of the person paying the non-discounted fee must be written on the registration form under “Full Package” for verification. Group discount must be requested when completing the registration form—no retroactive discounts will be granted. (Not valid for ATPO and CLSA registrations.)
